Martha and Mary

The world says from ages and ages to till date about good and evil, they says evil is hard to resist. This statement is true, but resisting evil is possible only in presence of our Redeemer, the one who has the keys of hell and death i.e. Jesus Christ. Now let us ponder for a moment on strategy used by the evil to divert us from our redeemer. This is very well explained by our Lord Jesus Christ, i.e. And as they went, it happened that He (Lord Jesus Christ) entered into a certain village. And a certain woman named Martha received Him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus' feet and heard His word. But Martha was distracted with much serving. And she came to Him and said, Lord, do you not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Therefore tell her to help me. And Jesus answered and said to her, Martha, Martha; you are anxious and troubled about many things. But one thing is needful, and Mary has chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her. (Luke 10:39-42)

We may be like Martha, eager to receive Christ in our lives, family and society. But later on we may not maintain the continuity with the master because we focus or emphasize on world affairs in our daily life. We need to remember one single principle which differentiate Martha and Mary i.e. And He said to all, if anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow Me. (Luke 9:23). This is a law given by Christ our saviour for our everyday lives. It is also called as "DYING OF ONE SELF".

Without it you cannot receive the good part received by Mary, which nobody can steal from her. So submit and ask for guidance and spiritual discipline form HOLY SPIRIT for your desires, lust, wishes and all other thoughts evolving from your heart. GOD knows our conditions due to spiritual bondage in SIN. That is why ADONAI says "I will seek the lost, and bring again those driven away, and will bind up the broken, and will strengthen the sick. But I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment. (Ezekiel 34:16)". Judgement is to be executed on the face of earth very soon, just observe the Globe and its growing problem in Politics, War, Religion and Business Economies. The period of Holy Spirit Grace is expiring soon, so you choose whether how Jesus should call you Mary or Martha?
