ALMS

We all have a strong desire to be young thorough out their lives. If you look at the film industry, media industry you can find a lot of examples in today's actor and actress. They spend a lot of resources available to beautify themselves, but at the end they find them more miserable than before. So how can a person be younger all his life?
The solution is to Clean, and the cleaning is possible as Master Christ has described "But give alms of such things as you have, and behold, all things are clean to you. (Luke 11:41)". Now if we should know the things to be alms in our life. We can know only if we have received it from someone higher than us. Remember the parable of two sons and the father given in Luke chapter 15, as explained by our master Christ. The beauty of alms is explained in three major concepts REPENTANCE, FORGIVENESS and LOVE.
Repentance starts when the prodigal son realizes his folly, and realizes himself i.e. was a son of a merciful father. The most important verse is "And the son said to him, Father, I have sinned against Heaven and before you, and am no more worthy to be called your son. (Luke 15:21)".

Repentance comes when we realize our SINFUL Bondage, because "But each one is tempted by his lusts, being drawn away and seduced by them. Then when lust has conceived, it brings forth sin. And sin, when it is fully formed, brings forth death. (James 1:14-15)"
This is because "For the wrath of man does not work out the righteousness of God. Therefore putting aside all filthiness and overflowing of evil, receive in meekness the implanted Word, which is able to save your souls. But become doers of the Word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
(James 1:20-22)"
The second thing is FORGIVENESS of father given, also re anointing by GOD.  " But to whom you forgive anything, I also forgive. For if I forgave anything, for your sakes I forgave it to him in the person of Christ; (2 Corinthians 2:10) it will lead to " For all the promises of God in Him are yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God by us. But He confirming us and anointing us with you in Christ is God. And He has sealed us and having given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts. (2 Corinthians 1:20-22)"

The third thing is  Charity of LOVE of GOD which was not evident in the elder brother who was angry with father. "Charity does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices in the truth, quietly covers all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Charity never fails. But if there are prophecies, they will be abolished; if tongues, they shall cease; if knowledge, it will be abolished.
(1 Corinthians 13:6-8)"

Why this is important to alms because "So speak and do as those who shall be judged by the Law of liberty. For he who has shown no mercy shall have judgment without mercy, and mercy exults over judgment. (James 2:12-13)"
