FAMINE OF WORD

But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me has flourished again. Although you indeed did think, but you lacked opportunity.  Philippians 4:10. This is common experience with every believers, but the most important aspect to be with MAN of GOD especially Apostle who are the thumb in CHRIST’s ministry. Holy Spirit has already warned us, Behold, the days come, says the Lord Jehovah, that I will send a famine in the land; not a famine of bread nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the Words of Jehovah. And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east; they shall run to and fro to seek the Word of Jehovah, and shall not find it. Amos 8:11-12

Satan is very deceptive in nature, Bible warns us that Beware lest anyone rob you through philosophy and vain deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the elements of the world, and not according to Christ. Further Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. And everything, whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by Him. Our duty as a believer is specified For, brothers, you remember our labour and toil. For labouring night and day in order not to put a burden on any one of you, we preached the gospel of God to you. 1 Thessalonians 2:9

Let your moderation be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God which passes all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:5-7

When famine of word will struck what you have  in your heart i.e.  allowed to germinate and grow in your heart. Therefore let us meditate more and more on the word of GOD, sing hymns and praises , spiritual songs  along with thanksgiving to CHRIST.
