Salvation in Jesus

"so Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation." Hebrews 9:28

The Good News is that we no longer have to worry about the sinful life we were in before knowing Christ for the Bible says that Christ was offered as a sacrifice for us. This sacrifice of Christ works in our lives when we believe and confess Him as our Lord and Savoiur. Christ does not have to die again and again but He was offered once and for all (that includes people of past, present and future).
Now if we are forgiven than what next. Would the sins of believer not be counted? or are we free to do anything and live the way we want?
The second part of the verse says -"...unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation."
This means that when we believe in Him we have a hope of receiving salvation. Our past sins are forgiven and will not be remembered anymore. But after believing if we continue to sin, He will not come again to bear sin but to judge. And for those who look for Him (living life as per His Will) He will bring Salvation.
Therefore Paul warns us:
"Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;" eph 5:14-18

Therefore pray to God and ask His will for you and walk accordingly...
God Bless You
