DEAD FAITH VERSUS DIED FOR FAITH

Posted on: 06-11-2014

Holy Bible is composed by 40 different authors who have not met altogether; it is written under guidance of Holy Spirit. In Old Testament, Living GOD taught to his people thorough his prophets, kings and leaders. In New Testament, there is a new command, GO and Preach the GOSPEL to end of the world with the help of HOLY SPIRIT, not with the help of any man.  Today Christian Life is walking with Faith, no having a dead faith but to be ready to die for faith. When somebody or some groups declare that they will kill Christians. I feel glad and rejoice, because in this world it is more difficult to live in faith. Every day the battle of life grows more and more violent with traps of corruption, lusts, and wickedness and all other kind of evils. Master Jesus Christ told: “And do not fear those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. But rather fear Him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

i am  deeply grieved over the death of the Christian couple recently burnt alive in Pakistan, but I personally feel more sorry for those that killed them, How Dead is their Faith! They burnt a couple who was already destined for Heaven. Even after destroying their bodies they couldn't touch their souls. How tragic will be their end when the dead will rise to life! They'll burn in the "unquenchable fire" till eternity. Remember Come and let us return to Jehovah. For He has torn, and He will heal us; He has stricken, and He will bind us up. After two days He will bring us to life; in the third day He will raise us up, and we shall live in His sight. Who also has made us able ministers of the new covenant; not of the letter, but of the spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit makes alive.

As a believer we have to live and learn from Apostle Paul, Not that I speak according to need, for I have learned to be content in whatever state I am. I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound. In everything and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
