Person often react and complain with that their friends, relatives and people around them, that they do not understand them. They are all ready to find fault in me despite sometimes I have not done any faulty act. This lead to frustration and leads to depression. The trap of frustration leads to further degradation of mental balance in a person; the person becomes heavy in heart and gets caught into negativity. This leads to feeling of suicidal attempts as one starts to feel; nobody loves me in this world.
This feeling haunts the person at night when a person struggles badly to find the sleep. The battle becomes intense because the one who is fighting against us is powerful than us. The only exit available to the situation which looks most feasible is death or run away from people. Can we run away from ourselves, our thoughts, our memories, our desires? The answer is no. There is no such feasible option which can erase our memory, make it totally new. The reason why can’t we do it, is we are not created by an accident but with an purpose of Living GOD, who has created us. We often fail to recognize and realize that Living GOD has helped us, evacuated us, protected us, restored us, and healed us in so many situations from our birth till this moment. The Breadth of Life which comes and goes from our nostril is the evidence of his mercy.
The living God who manifested himself in flesh thorough Jesus Christ wishes to grant grace in Christ. The grace builds up our soul, our thoughts, washes our memories, because when you recall temptations, persecution of Christ in your life.
For what glory is it if you patiently endure while sinning and being buffeted? But if you suffer while doing good, and patiently endure, this is a grace from God.
For this cause we do not faint; but though our outward man perishes, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. For the lightness of our present affliction works out for us a far more excellent eternal weight of glory, we not considering the things which are seen, but the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are not lasting, but the things which are not seen are everlasting.
Remember:
For this is a grace, if for conscience toward God anyone endures grief, suffering wrongfully
