For in the eighth year of his (Josiah) reign, while he was still young, he began to seek after the God of David his father. And in the twelfth year he began to purge Judah and Jerusalem from the high places, and the Asherahs, and the carved images, and the molten images. And they broke down the altars of the Baals in his presence. And he cut down the images which were on high above them, and the Asherahs. And the carved images and the molten images he also broke in pieces and made dust from them , and scattered on the graves of the ones who had sacrificed to them. And he burned the bones of the priests on their altars and cleansed Judah and Jerusalem. And so he did in the cities of Manasseh and Ephraim and Simeon, even to Naphtali, with their tools round about. And he broke down the altars and the Asherahs, and had beaten the carved images into powder, and cut down all the idols in all the land of Israel, he returned to Jerusalem. Time has come for us to seek after Jesus Christ; there may be no visible reaction in Physical world but be assured that there is heavy battle going on rescue of your soul from the clutches of SATAN. The more you seek after Jesus Christ, the more battle increases. This battlefield goes on in our thoughts, emotions, reactions all occurring a pace of light in our minds. This is more dangerous than a roller coaster ride, because here in this spiritual journey, my personal experience is often and often I fall down and cry out only one Prayer: Lord Jesus Christ, please, please have mercy on this sinner. Meekness or Humble submission at feet of the Lord Jesus Christ is highly significant in this state of turmoil in mind. Satan our enemy knows the magnitude of weakness better than us; on the other hand we are not aware about the significant traps coming our way to imbalance and distort our faith in Christ. This has reminded me about an important revelation of HOLY SPIRT; it immediately comes to rescues us, pushes up to cry out in prayer, broken, bruised but ready to pick you up. I have often grieved the Holy Spirit, and sometimes I am frozen not knowing what to do next?
Then also when everything is over from my expectation, after Crying out in Prayer restores the things in a wonderful manner. We have to pay attention that Like Josiah in an early age started to purge, similarly we have to start purge at an early spiritual age, and Physical age has no relationship with Spiritual age. Abraham and Sarah when told by Lord Jehovah about a son called Isaac, they considered it next to impossible at physical age of 100 and 90.
Remember what Master Christ Jesus told as recorded in Matthew 18, verse 3 and said, truly I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you shall not enter into the kingdom of Heaven.
I tell you this is easier read and then practiced, because our SELF come mounting in front of ourselves. This is so interestingly interwoven in our thought pattern and emotions, that without any effort it is significantly known thorough our behaviour and may be observed by others around us. Immediately after the execution the guilt conscious captures, put us in court of SIN where our enemy is ready to blame us and demand judgment and wrath of GOD for our lives. So the question is there any way out?
The answer is yes, only one way JESUS, only JESUS CHRIST, because the living word of GOD explains “AND A HIGHWAY SHALL BE THERE, AND A WAY, AND IT SHALL BE CALLED, THE WAY OF HOLINESS. THE UNCLEAN SHALL NOT PASS OVER IT. BUT HE SHALL BE WITH THEM; THE WAYFARING MEN, THOUGH FOOLS, SHALL NOT ERR IN IT. NO LION SHALL BE THERE, NOR ANY BEAST OF PREY SHALL GO UP ON IT; IT SHALL NOT BE FOUND THERE; BUT THE REDEEMED SHALL WALK THERE. AND THE RANSOMED OF JEHOVAH SHALL RETURN AND COME TO ZION WITH SONGS AND EVERLASTING JOY ON THEIR HEADS; THEY SHALL OBTAIN JOY AND GLADNESS, AND SORROW AND SIGHING SHALL FLEE AWAY. ISAIAH 35:8-10â€
DISOBEDIENCE to word of GOD is the reason for our rollercoaster ride, so REPENT and REPENT every moment and give THANKS to Lord JESUS CHRIST for HIS GRACE which surrounds us, protects us, nurture us. The more you pray with repentance for yourself, your family, your dear ones, your will purge, cut and broke the bondages of SATAN.
