PRAYER

Prayer is a significant weapon of our spiritual battle which has the capacity to destroy the bondage of sins not only from our lives, but also others for whom we have prayer requests. Satan subtly blocks our prayer life with all kind of negativity; distractions so that we think talking to people solve our problems. Trying to open up our hearts is something which we consider not necessary in front of Jesus Christ. But this is the KEY AREA: learn from King David, who had clear open communication with living GOD. “SURELY GOD HAS HEARD; HE HAS ATTENDED TO THE VOICE OF MY PRAYER. BLESSED IS GOD, WHO HAS NOT TURNED AWAY MY PRAYER OR HIS MERCY FROM ME. (PSALMS 66:19-20)”. Despite all sinful mistakes, he prayed with trust in Jehovah, which was reason for his deliverance from all tribulations of his life.
Remember Prophet Samuel: “And Samuel said to the people, DO NOT FEAR. You have done all this wickedness. Yet do not turn aside from following Jehovah, but serve Jehovah with all your heart. And do not turn aside to go after vanities, which cannot profit nor deliver. FOR THEY ARE VAIN. (1 Samuel 12:20-21)”.
Jonah who was swallowed by a great fish he opened us his heart in prayer right in belly of the great fish. His prayer was heard and was vomited out on dry land.
As wonderfully explained the courageous act was performed by David because of prayer power in life. “And David said to the Philistine, You come to me with a sword and with a spear and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of Jehovah of Hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. Jehovah will deliver you into my hand today, and I will strike you and take your head from you and give the bodies of the army of the Philistines to the birds of the air today, and to the wild beasts of the earth, so that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel. And all this multitude shall know that JEHOVAH DOES NOT SAVE WITH SWORD AND SPEAR; FOR THE BATTLE IS JEHOVAH'S, AND HE WILL GIVE YOU INTO OUR HANDS. (1 Samuel 17:45-47)”
Jesus Christ came in this world to release supernatural prayer power to all mankind as prophesied, “For we must all die, and we are as water spilled on the ground, which cannot be gathered up again. And God does not take a life, but has devised plans so that the outcast is not cast out from Him. (2 Samuel 14:14)”
Master Jesus Christ taught us significantly,
“Ask and it shall be given to you; seek and you shall find; knock and it shall be opened to you. (Matthew 7:7)”
Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. Truly the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. And again He went away and prayed and spoke the same words. (Mark 14:38-39)
Remember, because you have kept the Word of My patience, I also will keep you from the hour of temptation which will come upon all the habitable world, to try those who dwell upon the earth. (Revelation 3:10)
