BEND OR BREAK

Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus (Philippians 2:5)
Jacob, the son of Isaac and Rebecca, was the most beloved son of his mother and enjoyed all her blessings. He tricked his father and stole the blessings meant for his brother Esau. On account of this, he had to flee away from his home. He left his home empty-handed except for a staff in his hand. He was wandering alone in the desert and only had a stone to rest his head. The Lord emptied Jacob and reduced him to nothing in order to have a spiritual relationship with him. In the end, He opened nations for him; he had two groups with him (Genesis 32:10). Furthermore, God said to him, "Your name is Jacob, but you will no longer be called Jacob; your name will be Israel. So he named him Israel” (Genesis 35:10). Israel means “The Prince of God.”

Praise the Lord!
