Double Minded Ones

Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, sinners; and purify your hearts, double-minded ones. (James 4:8). One of the common deception mankind is obsessed with self-sufficiency. This self-sufficiency is glorified pragmatically by social media and entertainment network across the globe. This leads to a deceptive image that mankind is capable of doing things on its own, able to find a solution to every challenge. This is a false heroic image glorified by the media that ignore the presence of Almighty, Omnipotent, Omnificent God. Mankind starts to boast about tomorrow, this boasting leads to arrogance leading to sin of Pride which leads to the fall of Lucifer. There is always a conflict when we look into self-sufficiency which results from a lack of confirmation of direction. Mankind has a limited life span on the face of the earth which is the ultimate truth, no person on the face of the earth can deny it. Say for example we ask a class of students to close their eyes and identify north direction. All of them will try to identify the direction with close eyes pointing the hand in some direction which may not be true, but it may be relative true or relative false Only a compass can show which is the north direction as the compass moves in the magnetic north direction of the earth. It is absolute, not relative as the magnetic north remains the same wherever you are in the part of the globe. Same way Mankind is created by Almighty God who loves us so much that He sent his only begotten son; that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life. Without the presence of Almighty God Mankind becomes a relative true and relative false throughout their life. The condition goes on degrading as one decision after another decision we lose the most important thing i.e. Free Will. We become soft prey for our adversary i.e. Lucifer or Satan. He obsesses us with luring temptation of sins which leads us to slow hypnotic possession of our subconscious mind thereby controlling our mind, though pattern through the habits of sin. Satan is a highly intelligent, organized, and powerful adversary which has got its own legion ready to capture and lead mankind on the gateway of Hell. Sin is a silent killer of mankind. Lord Jesus Christ is the son of God who is also described in the Gospel of John as the Word became flesh, In the beginning, was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. The compass of our life is the living word of God as it is also written in: For the Word of God is living and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing apart of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. (Hebrews 4:12). The living word of God exposes our sin and the magnet Holy Spirit (Spirit of Truth) convicts us to seek repentance from Lord Jesus Christ. It realigns us with the will of God. The world is facing a race of chaos as per the directions of temporary master i.e. fallen angel Lucifer whose only sole aim to disconnect, deny the will of God from the lives of mankind. Remember: We have to remember only one thing every day in our life sin resides in our flesh, every day we have to repent in name of Our Lord Jesus Christ till we take our last breadth on the face of the earth.
