Dear
friends, Shalom in the name of Lord Yeshua our Messiah. Today let us meditate
upon a real-life story which more than a thousand-year-old. This story is been
heard by almost every Jewish, Christian, and probably Muslim across the
globe. It is known as the crossing of Red
Sea by the Israelites. The full understanding of real-life incidents had been
confirmed by present archaeological studies done in this region.
Please
read the book of Exodus chapter 14 twice or thrice to get a deeper revelation
of this struggle of Israelites against the Pharaoh and Egyptian army. The first
point is while coming out of bonded Slavery. The enemy pursues our life again to
make us captive again with his full legions. This happens with every believer
initially as the Enemy’s slave is roaming free. The enemy wants us to capture, make us
slaves again.
What
will happen in such a condition? Naturally, like the Israelites, who cried out
to Lord Adonai, we will also do the same. There is nothing wrong with it. But the problem comes after this, or the main struggle begins after this. Cry to our GOD
Adonai is the second point.
After
crying to the Lord, we are required to wait for the Lord God, don’t be afraid.
This is the third point. But the Israelites started to murmur against the Lord
God and Moses who brought them thus far from the bonded slavery which they had
for more than four hundred years. This was really insulting, humiliating for
the Lord God, yet He was gracious and did now withdraw his loving-kindness from
Israelites. We also behave like Israelites many times but remind yourself again
and again every day the promise is given for us: “(Exo 14:14) Lord
Jehovah
shall fight for you, and you shall be silent.”
When
we wait in silent upon the Lord, relying totally upon his promises, the name
above names i.e. Lord Yeshua our Messiah is lifted high in our lives by our
waiting as Moses lifted the Staff, symbolic representation of authority of Lord
Yeshua our Messiah. The red sea of challenges, trials, and tribulations part in
two making a pathway of dry land to walk through in the name of Lord Yeshua our
Messiah.
Victory
over the challenges, trials, tribulation comes through the anointing in the
name of Lord Yeshua our Messiah. as it is written; But the anointing which you received from Him abides
in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as His anointing teaches
you concerning all things, and is true and no lie, and as He has taught you,
abide in Him. (1 John 2:27).
Most the important thing for a believer is to abide in name of Lord Yeshua our Messiah.
NO matter how the situations are changing around them. Therefore be humbled under the mighty hand of God, so
that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your anxiety onto Him, for He
cares for you. (1 Peter 5:6-7).
Victory
come with patient obedience under the hand of the Lord Yeshua our Messiah. Remember
always:
It is better to trust in the LORD than to put
confidence in man. (Psalms 118:8)
