Walking with Lord Yeshua our Christ in daily lives is the only duty of
every believer on the face of this earth. As John has shared in his Gospel our
relationship with Lord Adonai Yeshua, it is written in John Chapter 1: 12-13; As many as received HIM i.e., Lord Yeshua our Messiah, He gave
them authority to become children of God, to those who believe on HIS name, who were born, not of bloods, nor of the will of the
flesh, nor of the will of man, but were born
of God.
Once we are born in the will of GOD by GOD then Lord Yeshua feeds us
with HIS living word provided we are
ready to grow. 1 Peter 2:2 desire
the sincere milk of the Word, as new-born babes, so that you may grow by it; The
decision to grow depends entirely upon an individual. All nourishing resources
are freely made available by the living word of God.
Our decision is based on choices we make in this world. But if we desire the milk of living word of
God, then Holy Spirit feeds us to grow in lord Yeshua our Messiah. If we make
wrong choices and do not repent, we remain like a baby who never grows up. As
it is written Hebrews 5:12-13 For indeed because of the time, you ought to be
teachers, you have a need that one teach you again what are the first principles
of the oracles of God. And you have become in need of milk, and not of solid
food. (13) For everyone partaking of milk is unskilful in the Word
of Righteousness, for he is an infant.
But once we receive spiritual nourishment under the discipline of the
Holy Spirit, we move on to become adolescents from infants. As it is written, 1
Timothy 4:12 Let no one despise your youth, but be an example of the believers,
in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity. Becoming a youth means taking spiritual responsibility in spiritual warfare. Equipping with the weapons of spiritual warfare to stand
against evil one in the warfare, as the battle belongs to the Lord.
If we do not equip ourselves with spiritual weapons as mentioned
1.
In Living
Word of God which is the anchor of our soul
2.
In
conduct by facing the temptations and rejecting them
3.
In love
forgiving all mankind for their intentions, actions, and feelings
4.
In spirit
living under the discipline of the Holy Spirit i.e., Spirit of Yeshua
5.
In
purity living means denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, receiving constant
discreetness by Holy Spirit.
Don’t remain Christians who are still like infant babies who require
milk alone. As it is written, 1 Corinthians 3:2 I have fed you with milk and not with solid food, for you
were not yet able to bear it; nor are you able even now.
